Above the line I need to thank Global University for reminding me what too many debates with big leaders almsot drowned out out of me: LIFE evolves out of water, women, sunshine, family, cultural safety to be including being healthy and being permited to question the facts th ebigger they are shouted down to your gravitational responsibility to link diversity transparently - if you don't like my words (and why should you as I am only god with numbers) you can see how this research threads through this tapestry of global unviversity co-research and cross-linking. You may or may note interpret religious significance to some of these links but if you do I pray you start with the golden rule of relationship reciprocity which is the common souce from which all major religions round the world do seem to have flowed.

Being just a mathematician: I love exploring transparent data. In the 1980s, I was one of the first to explore a database of a million hours of interviews with women across 30 countries on what they wanted to purchase, consume and be witnessed doing. I found something that shocked many ad agencies near to death because it did not fit the business case of tv spots nor their favourite exectutions of communications. But then as a researcher and mathematician, Grounded Theory (inquire openly as if no conventional wisdom pre-exists) is the schooling I come from, and which I hope that teaching will return to in time for my 9year daughter to benefit (another weblog family, one day soon)

EMPOWER WOMEN'S SELF-CONFIDENCE AS PEOPLE , and all can value multiply exponentially well
If we can empower women to be self-confident (not as sex objects) then good to great communites and cultures blossom. Since I am a valuer of all systems to do with media, learnt partly from my dad as an economist who wrote for one of the first global media, what I have just said is the way I would put it to try and train advertising agents (if any need to remain after organsiational identities are chartered for reality-making ie to live and learn around). More controversially, I am still exploring how to say it constructively to other opinion leaders.

Cut to a second story -how women will save the world if its for saving. That's what this blog maps and seacrhes for.

In 2003, I got very deeply impressed by Mary Robinson of Ethical Global Movements, & previously Presindent of Ireland; and Paul Komesaroff of Medicine and Ethical at Monash University, of GlobalReconciliationNetwork & Collapsing World. They staged the greatest networking event for humanitarians I 've ever seen in London 1 2 3 .

This led me to Delhi 1 2 in 2004 for the next annual meeting of GRN- where I learnt to celebrate both Gandi & Mother Theresa.

And in 2005, the deepest community pracice epicentre -Catalytic Communities -I have discovered is being founded by another Theresa, this time alive and thriving in Brazil, Rio. Since I happen to need to search for 30000 grassroots replicable networking projects by 2010 for my own peace of mind, the blog name SearchTheresa seems fitting. And if the number of projects in project30000 submitted out of Theresa's hubs by 2010 beats the number out of Clinton's Globalisation Initiative, I'm sure he won't mind!

Equally, all deep communal hubs and all women founded networks sewem interesting to map. More women's stories that I have heard networks witness since 2003:
Freda Komesaroff's co-development of the youth newtork GloYo
Lynne twist's story of 25 years work at TheHungerProject and her mothering of Kind in Nigeria
Traci Fenton's 200 person renewal of Organisational Democracy 1 2 in DC Oct 2005
The projects-wonderful GivingGlobal model...

please tell me at wcbn007@easynet.co.uk what you search & see that belongs on the same map!
